skilled Accounts Receivable Manager

Oversee billing, collections, dispute resolution, and payment posting. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory standards. Prepare and analyze AR reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Support audits with accurate documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with operations and management to ensure smooth communication. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience (construction or manufacturing industry experience required). Leadership experience managing AR teams. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR best practices. Proficiency in ERP systems ( COINS experience a plus ). Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
