Selected candidates are intended to become a Retail Personal Banker II after completing a 9-week onboarding and education program that includes rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. There will be a certification at the conclusion of the program to demonstrate skills necessary for a role within the Retail Personal Banker job family. The Retail Personal Banker II role is a sales position focused on sales development and relationship building through the promotion of deposits, loans, fee-based services, and customer retention. Responsibilities include selling a full range of banking products and services to meet customer needs, providing specialized care, and utilizing consultative sales processes with staff referrals. This role requires accountability for risk management, following policies and procedures, and ensuring a positive customer experience. It involves identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks while operating within the bank's risk appetite. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend suitable solutions. Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews. Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities such as community events and business calls. Establish relationships with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and refer customers as appropriate. Meet or exceed customer experience and sales goals, contributing to revenue growth. Guide Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) regarding sales and referrals. Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and helpfulness. Respond confidently to customer questions and own customer issues. Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness. Follow the Bank's Code of Conduct and policies, maintaining ethical standards. Adhere to policies when opening and servicing retail products. Participate in the loan and bankcard process, owning sourced loans from application to closing. Assist with opening and closing the Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed. Stay updated on procedures to mitigate fraud and risk. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

College degree or relevant work experience. Experience in the financial industry preferred. Ability to develop comfort with sales activities and cross-selling. Understanding of advanced math for credit and financial analysis. Professional appearance and communication skills. Knowledge of retail policies and sound judgment in decision-making. S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS is required at employment. WORKING CONDITIONS:

Standard office environment. Extended viewing of computer screens.
