A day in the life:
Maintain strict adherence to all company safety rules, regulations, procedures and practices
Share the “Courage to Care” message with teammates and serve as a positive example of safety
Communicate with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
Record and track payments in databases
Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
Provide guidance to customers to enable simple resolution of outstanding payment issues
Resolve all inquiries requested by customers after proper investigation
Communicate with customers and maintain positive customer relationships
Support other team members as required
You should have:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrateproficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Ability to handle day-to-day administrative tasks relating to work assignments
Ability to deal diplomatically andcommunicateeffectively with internal and external customers
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and remain calm when handling emergencies
Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customers
