Tecovas
Tecovas is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Accounts Receivable (AR) Department. Reporting directly to the VP, Accounting, you will be responsible for helping to scale the AR function to support growth in our Wholesale and Corporate Sales channels, including identifying areas for simplification and automation within our processes. This role is based in Austin, TX. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
Lead the AR department, including mentoring one direct report Maintain customer communications with wholesale and corporate sales customers Process invoices for all wholesale and corporate sale accounts, via EDI and non-EDI methods Review customer payment application within Versapay and NetSuite Support new customer setup and credit check process Maintain cross functional partnerships with the Wholesale, Operations, Finance, & Accounting teams Prepare necessary month end reports as required by management Monitor and improve AR metrics, such as AR Aging, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Bad Debt Assist with annual audit requests Experience we are looking for
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related field 5-10 years experience in an AR department, with at least 3 in a leadership role Familiarity with NetSuite and Versapay, preferred but not required Proficiency in Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills What you bring to the table
