If you're not licensed, our fast-track program can guide you through obtaining your license in just a few weeks. We also sponsor pre-licensing classes for suitable candidates. Our focus is on selling burial life insurance policies for seniors, cash value life insurance, and traditional mortgage protection. Compensation Starting compensation is among the highest in the industry. Unlike traditional companies starting at 25% or 40%, our agents typically start at 70%, with potential to earn up to 140% commission.
