Role Summary The Senior Manager of Finance is responsible for leading and overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities for the Specialty Products Division (SPD).

Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

Develop and monitor financial performance metrics, KPIs, and reports to assess the division's financial health.

Manage financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and financial performance summaries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making through financial analysis and recommendations.

Oversee the data structure for the division in SAP and Oracle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging financial technologies to drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.

Extensive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with progressive managerial experience.

Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, financial management systems, and data visualization tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.

In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to financial activities.
