Accounting Specialist – Accounts Payable

2-3 month Contract
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hr
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for Accounts Payable to join our Enterprise Accounting department. Experience working with Enterprise Banks and Operations divisions would be ideal. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in the accounting cycle. Your attention to detail and contributions will impact people across all departments. Key Responsibilities
Review and approve invoices with specific attention to detail Ensure invoice details are accurate and assigned correctly to internal customers Provide reports and analysis for related processing and to explain discrepancies Deliver customer service to internal and external customers Manage requests from vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders Resolve invoice questions and payment requests via phone and email Manage time effectively to meet regular daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines Handle daily invoice approval cutoffs Process urgent payment requests Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills:
