The EUC Risk Analyst will play a key role in assisting and maintaining governance over the Bank’s End User Computing Applications (EUC) program that is designed to ensure that end user computing tools comply with internal policies, reflect best practices for their use and operations, and adhere to a strong control environment. The Analyst will assist the Operational Risk Management Group (ORMG) with key processes such as facilitating control reviews, conducting robust and comprehensive EUC file testing and analysis, inventory management, and aggregating results. The analyst will also provide advice and consultation to bank staff regarding EUC control standards and related EUC requirements, ensuring that staff are well informed and compliant with the necessary guidelines. Specific Responsibilities
Assists in monitoring and governance of EUC applications, such as inventory management and tracking observations to completion. Assists in the preparation and production of analysis and reports in communicating EUC updates to management and the Board. Conducts testing to verify the completeness of changes and logic/mathematics built within the EUC. Participates in generating reports detailing conclusions of the EUC reviews and discusses findings and recommendations with management and EUC owners. Provides analytical support for other departmental tasks, as needed. Tests and reviews EUC controls for policy compliance. Advises/consults with Bank staff on EUC standards, procedures, and related requirements. Completes special projects, as assigned. Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent work experience with governance, compliance, or audit roles. 1-2 years of experience at a financial institution, regulatory agency, or as a financial industry consultant is preferred. Work experience in governance, compliance, or audit roles would be beneficial. Strong analytical and organizational skills, including working knowledge and understanding of project planning and regulated environments. Knowledge of concepts, practices, and applications in risk management governance and controls. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access. Knowledge in PowerBI a plus. Displays a high level of attention to detail. Ability to take initiative and demonstrates a strong work ethic. Effective verbal and written interpersonal skills. Ability to write clear technical reports and memos. Must be able to communicate and maintain relationships with EUC owners or stakeholders. Ability to work full-time, independently, and within a team setting. Adheres to workplace rules and normal working hours. Must not have been convicted on any civil or criminal charge that would suggest a risk to Bank security. Ability to uphold and model the Bank’s Guiding Principles. Hiring Range: $72,000 - $84,000 Hiring ranges reflect the base salary that the Bank reasonably expects to pay for a given role and is not inclusive of annual incentive award opportunities, retirement benefits or the value of other health and welfare or other ancillary benefits. We consider many factors when determining base salaries such as individual background and experience, the competitive environment, education, particular skill set(s), and industry and institutional knowledge.
