In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and handle product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language. As a virtual, customer-facing role, interact with customers using our video tools and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities; committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connectivity that meets Intuit security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation: The position offers competitive pay with a pay-for-performance approach. Base pay ranges vary by location, for example: Bay Area, CA: $28.80 - $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 New York: $28.80 - $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 Washington, DC: $28.80 - $36.50 Employment type
