We’re hiring an Inventory Accounting Manager to lead inventory accounting across a multi-entity, global organization. This position offers strong cross-functional exposure and leadership opportunity. Inventory Accounting Manager Circle Pines, MN | Hybrid Onsite Schedule Key Responsibilities
Oversee inventory accounting for manufacturing and distribution operations Manage cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and cost rollups Lead and mentor one staff accountant Collaborate with shared services, finance, operations, and supply chain teams Own GL reconciliations and reporting for inventory-related accounts Support ERP upgrades and acquisition integrations (NetSuite) Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA/CMA preferred) 5+ years of accounting experience, including inventory and cost accounting Background in manufacturing or distribution environments Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting Culture Snapshot

Compensation: $115-145K Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
