Compensation Analyst

1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Compensation professional for our client, an established, tech forward investment firm, to join their dynamic HR team in a newly created position. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence compensation practices across a diverse and growing group of companies. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently but thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct compensation and market analysis to support strategic decision-making. Support the design and modelling of variable compensation programs. Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date compensation data and benchmarks. Manage and support deferred compensation processes. Serve as a compensation point of contact for international HR teams and stakeholders. Collaborate on cross-border reward strategies, including mobility packages. Leverage advanced Excel skills for modelling, reporting, and process automation. About You: 3+ years of experience in a compensation or HR analytics role Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a comfort with data modeling and reporting tools. Self-starter who’s curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to meaningful change. Ability to communicate effectively and partner with global teams and leadership. Comfortable navigating complexity and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
