Position Overview The Personal Lines Digital Account Manager contributes to client success through strategic consultation, relationship management, and the use of technology. This role manages and nurtures client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include sales and service of insurance products, handling renewals, addressing complaints, leveraging technology and market insights, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting all personal lines insurance needs. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage day-to-day communications, and foster long-lasting relationships for the assigned book of business. Needs assessment and solutions: Understand client needs, provide strategic recommendations, proactively communicate renewals and relationships. Policy updates: Maintain timely updates and changes in the Agency Management System and related software; ensure ongoing engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. Strategic engagement: Implement data-driven, customer-tailored marketing and awareness campaigns; ensure engagements are valuable and delivered timely to exceed expectations. Retention and growth: Attain retention and growth targets by leveraging proactive data-driven engagement tools and campaigns. Opportunity identification: Contribute to identifying new opportunities for client growth and service expansion; share best practices with peers; stay updated on industry trends. Coordination and collaboration: Work with Digital Marketing, Human Resources, Compliance, and third-party partners; collaborate with the Digital Employee Personal Team Leader to improve service delivery; support cross-functional initiatives; promote self-service adoption. Value delivery: Ensure clients receive exceptional value from Acrisure’s digital services and promote additional digital solutions; drive innovation within accounts; meet or exceed retention and satisfaction metrics. Other tasks: Perform projects as requested by the service team or region leadership. Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Hold applicable insurance licenses. Experience Minimum of 2 years in account management or related role; current license held for over 1 year. Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving retention targets. Experience in remarketing to clients across carriers, delivering proposals and providing consultation on available solutions. Ability to cross-sell and expand total client relationships. Skills Strong client management and relationship-building skills; client-focused approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience with Applied EPIC or similar account management software. Ability to multitask across multiple systems and workflows; collaborative team player with strong project management. Creative problem-solving and a passion for customer service. Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation range: $40,000 – $75,000 (range depends on factors including skills, experience, location, and internal equity).
