Senior Accountant
to join their expanding team. The
Senior Accountant
will oversee core accounting functions that are critical to our agency’s financial health. This hands-on role manages everything from general ledger and financial reporting to payroll and operational accounting workflows. You\'ll be a key player in month-end close, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a

Key Responsibilities Of Senior Accountant
Lead the execution of the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses, escalating discrepancies as needed
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth vendor/client coordination
Administer semi-monthly payroll, including funding, benefits reconciliation, and compliance in collaboration with HR
Collaborate with operations, client finance, and leadership to support efficient accounting workflows
Support external and internal audits
Qualifications of Senior Accountant
Bachelors degree in Accounting
3+ years experience
Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks
Agency/ Advertising, Public Accounting background preferred
