Answer incoming calls promptly. Provide information and resolve service problems for customers. Clarify complaints, identify causes, explain solutions, and follow up. Reconcile customer and dealer accounts. Batch, scan, and post payments. Address dealer income questions and calculations. Make collection calls and send collection letters. Process refunds and dealer bonuses. Discuss financing options with customers and sales team. Make account changes and track account movements. Gather customer data and prepare reports. Assist with dealer and employee training presentations. Handle invoicing and perform month-end and year-end reporting. Complete credit references and assist with audits. Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as assigned. Travel for meetings as needed. Maintain confidentiality of organizational information. Job Requirements

Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. Technical Knowledge Customer service, phone skills, listening, quality focus, documentation, Microsoft Office, general math, attention to detail, verbal communication, conflict resolution. Experience At least 3 years of customer service experience. Experience in the agricultural industry preferred. Employment contingent upon passing drug test and background check. Additional Details
