Job Description
The Senior LTL Pricing analyst will analyze and manage Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and consolidation rates. Maintain contracts, tariffs, and pricing data, monitor expirations, and create optimized pricing solutions that support company strategy and efficiency.
Shift
Full-time, Monday through Friday – Standard business hours
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize pricing models using customer data. Maintain pricing agreements, update rating systems, and track contract/tariff expirations. Partner with Sales and Operations on pricing strategies and RFP support. Improve consolidation network and act as TMS super-user (e.g., MercuryGate). Resolve rating discrepancies and perform root cause analyses with Accounting/Operations.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred Experience
1+ year in non-asset brokerage, truckload, or LTL pricing. 3PL experience preferred. Proficient with TMS (MercuryGate a plus). Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization/reporting tools. Personality Traits
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive, organized, and self-motivated Clear, confident communicator and presenter Team player who can manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
Pay/Benefits/Perks
