What You’ll Do

Lead Compensation Analysis: Evaluate internal pay equity, market competitiveness, and performance-based compensation strategies

Support Pay Programs: Administer annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs with precision and insight

Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to guide compensation decisions

Partner with HR & Leadership: Provide consultative support on job evaluations, salary structures, and compensation planning

Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with legal requirements and internal policies, including pay transparency and equity standards

Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline compensation workflows and enhance data accuracy

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field

5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency

Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

CCP certification or progress toward it is a plus
