Showing Agent Opportunity – Greater Detroit We’re looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent to join a top-producing real estate team in the Greater Detroit area. As a Showing Agent, you will support lead generation, present homes to buyers, and guide clients through their search while learning from experienced professionals. With structured coaching, weekly training, and one-on-one mentorship, you will gain the confidence and skills to engage clients effectively, open escrows efficiently, and set yourself up for long-term success. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a supportive, high-energy team environment. Candidates must hold an active real estate license or be currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework. Responsibilities
Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Lead follow-up Follow the team plan Sales Scripts mastery
Qualifications
Present yourself in a professional manner Can spend a large amount of time driving Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Real Estate License Required
Compensation
$160,000 per year
