Overview
Universal Banker I, II, or III, Casper at ANB Bank. This role opens accounts, handles cash and transactions, sells/cross-sells bank products, assists customers with banking needs, and resolves service issues while complying with regulatory requirements. The position supports sales and service activities for assigned branch locations and proactively seeks new customers through marketing and prospecting. Referrals to other areas of the company may be made as appropriate. Location & Schedule

Hiring Pay Ranges: $18.50 - $23.65 per hour (rank depends on level) Universal Banker I: $18.50 - $20.25 per hour Universal Banker II: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour Universal Banker III: $20.25 - $23.65 per hour The hiring pay range is commensurate with level of relevant experience and education. This position may be eligible to receive an additional $1.00 per hour if approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program. Benefits

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service per Sturm Financial Group’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Open accounts, handle cash and various financial transactions, sell/cross-sell bank products, assist customers with banking needs, and resolve service issues while complying with regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and deliver high-quality service. Proactively identify cross-sell and referral opportunities and follow ANB CARES Client Onboarding procedures for customer follow-up. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process paying/receiving transactions and maintain accurate records. Cash checks within limits and guidelines; perform daily cash settlements and balances. Open checking, savings, money market, and CDs; order checks and ATM/Debit cards; provide starter checks for new accounts. Apply selling techniques to open, develop, and close sales; cross-sell products/services; pursue potential customers on and off Bank property. Identify customer financial needs, provide product knowledge, and deliver quality service excellence. Explain, sell, and administer products; refer customers internally as appropriate. Understand customers’ full financial needs and recommend suitable products and services; conduct follow-up per ANB CARES. Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities; build relationships with customers; respond to needs and take appropriate action. Provide efficient, courteous service; investigate and resolve problems; collaborate to achieve branch goals. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Participate in training and development; support company mission, vision, and values. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Universal Banker I
— No Experience Required. Prior customer service or cash handling experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills; basic knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations preferred. Universal Banker II
— Minimum 6 months prior bank teller or personal banker experience; or 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate understanding of banking products, services and regulations. Universal Banker III
— Minimum 2 years bank experience for external candidates; minimum 1 year for internal candidates; advanced understanding of banking products, services and regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
