Reports to: AVP, Commercial Loan Servicing Manager Purpose

Performs a wide variety of tasks related to loan servicing for commercial loans according to established policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines, ensuring overall quality and integrity of the Bank’s commercial loan portfolios. Key Responsibilities

Reviews daily reports to ensure accurate customer billing, rate review, payment changes, transfers, and performs necessary corrections. Performs quality control for new loans and maintenance on loan modifications, monitoring the integrity of data entered into core systems. Ensures accurate processing of payments, loan advances, and transaction reversals in the core loan system. Processes all non‑accrual and charge‑off entries and OREO transfers for the Commercial Loan Department. Reconciles general ledger balances to ensure system accuracy. Provides payoff quotes and processes payoffs in core, including collateral release paperwork. Monitors SharePoint queues for requests and processes accordingly. Maintains job function procedures and assists with collateral optimization and UCC continuations. Manages loan account taxes escrowed, hazard and flood insurance, force placements, and rate index updates. Act as backup to the Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist for:

SWAP processes Legal subpoenas SBA repurchase requests

Demonstrates excellent customer service, troubleshooting routine commercial system problems, and serves as an information resource. Performs additional duties, cross‑training, and special projects as required. Ensures compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and policies. Qualifications

High school diploma; some college or additional education preferred. 3 years of related work experience. Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and collateral. Experience with commercial loan systems preferred. Skills & Knowledge

Problem resolution capability. Strong analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret loan documents. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and reporting software. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability. Detail oriented with high accuracy. Basic accounting knowledge.
