JPMorganChase is seeking a dynamic Relationship Banker to join our team in Beavercreek, OH. The role offers a competitive salary range of $75,820 - $89,200 based on experience and a comprehensive total rewards package. Job Responsibilities
Deliver attentive, friendly service and create a welcoming environment for clients. Build lasting relationships by proactively meeting with assigned clients in person and over the phone to understand financial needs and tailor product recommendations. Communicate clearly and politely to understand and anticipate client needs, building trust. Educate clients on technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs anytime, anywhere. Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult clients on banking solutions and connect them to experts for specialized needs. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Required Qualifications
1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships. Ability to elevate the client experience by creating memorable interactions. Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with a proven ability to tailor product features and benefits to diverse client needs. Quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience. Operate within established risk parameters and meet internal and external risk and compliance obligations, including required training. High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Minimum required licensing: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire with study materials and support provided. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. Preferred Qualifications
College degree or military equivalent. Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers are contingent on JPMC’s review of criminal history, credit report, and other information relevant to financial responsibility and character. Felony convictions within the last seven years disqualify consideration. Compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank requirements is required for continued employment.
