The Fairlawn office operates Monday through Friday. Consumers National Bank provides a community banking environment where achievements are recognized, and employees are empowered. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive approach Accurately process retail and commercial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, account closings, loan payments, check order, cash advances, draws, stop payments, cashier\'s checks, gift cards, safe deposit box, foreign currency exchanges, transfers, and related products and services, while adhering to Bank policies Adhere to Teller Performance Standards for balancing, accuracy, customer service, check cashing, and product referrals Assist with opening and night depository duties Process end-of-day and batch transactions efficiently Maintain documentation files as directed ATM team processing and balancing Serve as a personal banker to provide exceptional service and establish high-quality customer relations Balance cash items and maintain cash drawer within limits Maintain customer accounts as needed Identify customer needs and refer financial products and services Contribute to a positive environment by modeling the company\'s mission, vision, and values Assist in vault procedures, including processing orders and shipments of coin and currency Complete ongoing education and training as required Comply with all duties and training requirements related to confidentiality, security, policies, and regulatory compliance Perform other duties as requested Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communications; daily interaction with customers, employees, and vendors requires concise communication Prior banking experience including new accounts and consumer lending preferred Ability to interpret basic verbal and written instructions and perform routine mathematical functions High school diploma or equivalent Ability to identify customer needs and suggest bank products and services Ability to respond to inquiries and resolve problems Ability to work effectively as part of a team Proficiency in basic computer skills Attention to detail and time management Previous cash handling and/or direct customer service experience Previous cross-sales and/or referral experience Physical/Cognitive Demands

Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods; advanced verbal and written communication skills; use of phone and computer; strong organizational and time management skills; problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasive abilities; intermediate math and analytical skills Seniority level
