The Opportunity CACI is currently looking for an outstanding finance candidate to join our Wireless Solutions Finance team. This position provides financial support and coordination on a complex contract/program, supports the PM staff with complex financial analysis and reporting requirements (lead for cost variance analysis and reporting, monthly corporate forecast, EACs, cost baselines, risks and opportunities, and maintaining contract budgets).
The Program Financial Analyst is an individual contributor supporting an assigned portfolio of projects. He or she functions as an effective business partner to support program managers in providing financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting and decision making and overall delivery of financial commitments. Ability to utilize corporate systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Hyperion (CAPS), SmartView, etc. to obtain relevant financial data for analysis in support of program financial performance management.
Responsibilities
Support the development of annual operating plan, management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, and all forecasting, and internal reporting
Support cash management including timely invoicing and revenue recognition
Assist in period-closing activities and support accurate and timely analysis of financial performance
Support development of accurate and timely monthly status reports
Perform ad hoc analysis as required
Qualifications Required:
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
At least 3+ years of related (technical project support or management) experience
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Aptitude for learning and supporting financial planning, monitoring program requirements, and ensuring compliance with government and customer financial standards
Ability to learn and utilize various IT systems
Desired:
Experience with Deltek Costpoint, PowerBI, Hyperion, SmartView, IBM Cognos and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)

Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is $57,500 - $117,900. There are factors that can influence final salary including location, contract labor categories, prior experience, skills, and certifications.
