Office Manager - Global Asset Management Firm

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies, and coordinate vendor relationships. Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Manage company records, filing systems, and general administrative support. Coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements. Support leadership with calendar management and communications. Administer employee benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries, and liaise with benefits providers. Assist in performance review processes and track training and development. Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practices. Qualifications
0-5 years in a corporate office assistant, coordinator, or management-type position, ideally handling a combination of traditional administrative responsibilities plus managing projects cross-functionally for other teams and departments internally. Details
