Our client, a global finance firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their team immediately. In this role, you’ll support the full-cycle recruitment process by scheduling interviews. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is based in New York City and offers a competitive salary, phenomenal company culture and excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities
Partners closely with recruiters, fellow coordinators, and both internal and external stakeholders to support high-volume hiring efforts. Plans and schedules candidate interviews, ensuring all details are confirmed with candidates and hiring managers. Delivers a seamless interview experience, addressing scheduling issues proactively and communicating with the appropriate teams. Tracks candidate activity and provides timely data and reporting to HR and business leadership. Manages scheduling logistics, including travel arrangements when needed. Supports recruiting activities such as candidate screening and dispositioning, as directed. Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) and contributes to ongoing HR and talent acquisition projects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. At least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. 1 year of experience in an HR or recruiting-related role; agency experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Legal and diversity statements
