Business Analyst (AV & Business Cellphone Operation)

Position Summary
The client is looking for a talented solution business support professional who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for enterprises with innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, takes ownership, and is responsible for the efficient operation of IT Asset and Space Management Solutions for corporate IT assets. This role also participates in interior facility planning, including layout implementation and AV installation, and covers project planning, programming, budgeting, conceptual design and AV layouts, procurement strategy, branding guidelines, project management, vendor coordination, signage integration, moves, AV repair/troubleshooting and warranty, development of best practices, and asset management. This position oversees AV technician work, monitors project budgets and timelines for applicable portions of the work, reviews design documents and specifications, signage requirements, regulatory requirements, procurement processes and critical path timelines, relocation coordination, and the use of building standards. The role may involve organizing and installing media equipment such as projectors, microphones, video monitors, and soundboards, and may require altering venue layout to enhance acoustics. Troubleshooting AV items to ensure proper maintenance and repair has been conducted. Work Location (Onsite): Austin TX 78754 Responsibilities
Support & operate managing IT asset and facility (business phone, AV asset, etc.) for internal employees and manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Manage and balance a budget to ensure service quality and financial security for equipment needs. Recognize, understand, and document market needs, and work with engineering teams to translate those needs into features and functionality. Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance teams to streamline mobility and workspace management solutions. Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs. Install AV equipment in offices and conference rooms in Austin & Taylor. Coordinate AV set-up in new office buildings with selected vendors. Maintain conference room reservation system (CR2). Assist with coordination of company-wide events and setup/takedown of equipment for events. Monitor projects from conception to completion and perform site assessments to ensure venues meet project needs. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for smooth operation of AV and CR2 systems. Working flexible hours may be required depending on project or installation. Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or related work experience. 3 years of asset management or corporate employee service operations or project management. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Prefer three or more years of experience in Product Management and enterprise SaaS products support. Strong communication and project coordination skills. Pay range is $25 – $30 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
