Hybrid Relationship Banking Concierge Specialist (Charlotte, NC)
Contractor Opportunity: Relationship Banking Concierge Specialist. Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid Role. Engagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party Supplier (BCforward). Contracting Entity: Accenture. Supplier of Record: BCforward. Start Date: 11/10/2025. Duration: 12 Months with potential for extension. Responsibilities
Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic service requests. Gain and maintain a proficient understanding of all banking products, processes, and programs; stay informed of any changes. Develop specialized solutions for clients with complex financial needs while remaining compliant with the branch operations manual, audit requirements, and regulatory framework. Establish professional, ongoing relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to meet client needs. Execute day-to-day transactional requests for Wealth client portfolios with efficiency and accuracy, meeting defined service level agreements (e.g., transfers, overdrafts). Facilitate wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests for Wealth clients, coordinating a complex process with high attention to detail. Enter and maintain accurate, detailed documentation for each client interaction, including final resolution, in CRM/Salesforce.com. Uphold required performance standards (quality, productivity, behaviors) and assist the Wealth division in improving Voice of Client scores. Deliverables / Project Scope
Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Build rapport through attentive listening, empathy, and a commitment to resolving client inquiries and concerns. Problem Resolution: Utilize creative problem-solving to deliver solutions that meet client needs and reinforce trust. Liaison and Collaboration: Coordinate with Wealth teams and internal partners to provide a unified service approach. Virtual Service Delivery: Use phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms to deliver services securely and conveniently; adapt to evolving technologies and client preferences. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) CRM/Salesforce.com Qualifications
Associate's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent education and related training. Four years of related client service experience (e.g., Retail Banking, Relationship Banking). Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transferred registration, and applicable NMLS background check. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks. Self-starter with the ability to learn and retain information; adaptable to a rapidly changing business and technology environment. Ability to work effectively in a team and use available tools to service clients efficiently. Banking and relationship banking experience is required. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or banking. Two or more years of related client service experience (e.g., banking, investment, financial planning). Proficiency in retail banking applications (e.g., Client Central, Salesforce). Bi-lingual ability. How To Apply
