Our team uses a cloud-based platform, virtual infrastructure, and proven processes to deliver outsourced transactional and full-cycle accounting services. Supporting Strategies has over 100 offices in the U.S. and a nationwide network of over 800 employees. What You’ll Do
The responsibilities are organized to deliver client delight and team collaboration. You will work directly with clients, discover and implement software, manage and document our internal workflow, and provide guidance to clients. The day-to-day work will evolve as you grow in the organization. Client Delight – Building Great Client Relationships Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices. Support client onboarding for assigned engagements in accordance with defined processes. Execute processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, bookkeeping entries, monthly closing, and preparation of financial reporting and analysis. Collaborate with your manager and team to ensure client satisfaction through timely communication. Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters. Identify areas where additional services or tools could drive client value and efficiency. Team Delight – Creating a Satisfying & Collaborative Virtual Environment Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins to stay aligned for success. Embrace new technology to solve client issues. Act on coaching and feedback to help meet team and client goals. What You’ve Done… Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly closing, financial reporting and analysis). 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite. Experience in a multi-client environment preferred. Ability and commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm in the specified time zones). Experience managing day-to-day client relationships within defined processes and budgets. Passion for delighting clients and helping businesses succeed, with a commitment to confidentiality. Pay range:
