Commercial Lines Account Managers
to join their North Carolina division. This requires a hybrid schedule in locations that include The Triangle, The Piedmont Triad, and Charlotte. Working in their middle market business group, you’ll be exposed to a variety of complex accounts, many you’ve likely encountered before along with others in unique/emerging risk categories. Responsibilities: Serve as client contact and respond to client needs and questions Coordinate the renewal process including marketing activities with underwriting partners Oversee accurate and timely completion of policy management (endorsements, certificates, cancellations, audits, reports) in conjunction with other account managers and support/CSR employees Resolve accounting discrepancies and billing issues Provide coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiate with carriers, and prepare proposals Schedule: Hybrid schedule is required. Experience: Minimum three (3) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in client management. Middle market account exposure is required as is an active state insurance license.
