Account Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team. Alera Group was founded in 2017 and has grown to become the 15th largest broker of US business. We are passionate about our clients’ success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. Responsibilities
Serves as the primary client service contact for multiple accounts and is considered a highly experienced

Account Manager Performs account management duties with increasing independence, including managing the renewal processes within an assigned book of business typically generating revenue of $600k+ based on specialty Maintains established relationships with multiple insurance carriers/brokers to negotiate and obtain quotes Works directly with insureds, producers and vendors to facilitate renewals, new business opportunities and to resolve issues Advises insureds on additional product opportunities Trains and mentors account staff as opportunities arise Promptly resolves accounting deficiencies Proficient in contract review Qualifications
At least 3 years as an Account Manager and is able to handle the most complex accounts Has established carrier relationships Demonstrates technical aptitude In-depth understanding of a wide variety of coverages Working toward proficiency in Senior Individual Contributor competencies Additional Information
