The CLAAS North American Graduate Program is a 12-24 month professional development plan within our NA Service Department. Participants will gain practical experience and participate in specialized development opportunities in North America and abroad. Participants will familiarize themselves with CLAAS products, dealer networks, customer operations, headquarters functions, and business practices. They will perform duties such as providing technical support to dealership personnel and assisting in developing dealer service capabilities. Successful completion prepares participants for roles like Territory Technical Representative or Technical Specialist within North America. Provide technical and service support for CLAAS products at dealer locations or customer sites, including troubleshooting and training dealer technicians. Prepare and present technical reports on product performance and reliability issues. Assist with Product Improvement Programs and Campaigns. Schedule and report on dealer and customer visits, working closely with managers. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and demonstrate punctuality. This position involves extensive travel, especially during harvest season (80-100%). A valid driver’s license and passport are required. Travel may include stays of 1-3 weeks, with occasional weekends away. Your Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; agricultural studies are a plus. Entry level (0-3 years) or more experienced (3+ years) in technical roles. Experience with agricultural equipment preferred. Ability to analyze equipment issues and identify solutions. Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with diagnostic tools (electrical, hydraulic) and computer systems, including MS Office. Benefits
