Overview

NFI Industries is seeking an Analyst to support Corporate Development (M&A and Strategy) and the ownership group’s private investment arm, 1932 Capital. The role is based in Camden, NJ and requires in-person work five days per week at the corporate HQ. The position is posted via RippleMatch. Responsibilities

Opportunity Sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with investment bankers, brokers, sponsors, family offices, lenders, and other intermediaries. Support origination efforts by participating in industry conferences, networking events, and other business development activities. Organize and create actionable insights from the company’s deal pipeline, deal database, and CRM platform. Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses (LBO models, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis) and develop sensitivity scenarios. Assist in due diligence work streams, including industry research, market sizing, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and coordination with third-party advisors. Prepare executive and investment committee materials, internal memos, and presentation decks. Assist in negotiation of term sheets, transaction documents, and closing processes. Assist in integration and post-acquisition assessments. Collaborate with acquired company management teams on strategic initiatives, synergy assessment, and key workstreams. Monitor and report on investment performance; track KPIs and assist in executive reporting. Strategic Growth Projects: Assist in evaluating growth initiatives with market, competitor, operational, and financial analysis of new or existing services; collaborate with internal and external parties to support large-scale strategic growth initiatives; create executive presentations to support key project findings and recommendations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business management preferred. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to review financial statements, create financial models, and develop financial analysis. Build and maintain complex financial models. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and timelines. Ability to work irregular or extended hours. Location & Travel

The position will be located at the corporate HQ in Camden, NJ. The role is in-person, with five days on-site and occasional travel across North America. Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is $70,000–$90,000. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
