Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships Support service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas (Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards, etc.) Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs Understand customer needs and wants through curious and confident conversations Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe, inspire and build trust Participate in community/store activities and events that promote the Talbots Brand Occasionally lead/supervise others and open/close the store Professional representation of the brand image Note: This position description describes the general nature of work and is not intended to be inclusive of all duties.
