This role is part of the vendor management team. The specific role is to be accountable for a portfolio of IT contracts, manage vendors and work with internal stakeholders to source, negotiate and provide governance for information technology related goods and services. This includes sourcing, governance, renewals and cost management for each sourcing opportunity. Key Responsibilities

Work as a subject matter expert in IT Vendor Management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners in the Services space. Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, both within and external to IS products/services, ensuring quality standards and needed specifications are established. Drive overall governance of vendor process to include onboarding, vendor reviews, ongoing performance management. Build and manage dashboards/reports as needed to report out on vendor performance and contract status. Develop financial analysis and governance models aligned with direction of IT. Conduct cost analysis and provide advice on service lines on options, protecting Corning and Corning IT’s best interests. Assist in developing SOWs that are compliant with Corning requirements and are operationally and commercially advantageous to the D IT (Digital & IT) Organization. Lead and/or participate in the negotiation of new contracts, RFIs, RFPS and/or changes to existing contracts as needed. Partner with Legal, Information Security, Data Privacy, Sourcing, Finance, Accounts Payable and other internal teams to execute contracts and/or changes in a timely manner. Provide coaching and assistance to teammates. Experiences/Education - Required

Undergraduate degree in relevant field; Masters/Advanced degree a plus 8+ years of strategic sourcing/vendor management experience in a dynamic global environment, preferably for a large global company in the manufacturing space. Experience managing 3rd party suppliers on a global scale to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner while adhering to the Global Sourcing Policy. Financial management experience related to third-party portfolio monitoring. Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, lead without direct authority but through influence. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact with Senior Level Executives and, if needed, directly work with them for QBRs and vendor disputes Working knowledge of cross-functional teamwork to provide value-added vendor management Experience navigating vendor governance and driving issue resolution across multiple stakeholder groups. Travel: 10% domestic and international travel. Experiences/Education - Desired

Certification in IT Procurement, IT Sourcing and/or IT Project Management a plus Experience serving IT Vendor Management in a services vertical, including SOW creation, redlining, SLAs, and governance ensuring delivery Experience with large 3rd party suppliers across Software, Hardware, Leases and Professional Services Multiyear experience with vendors such as AWS or Azure, Wipro, Accenture Ability to manage multiple priorities and interpret SLAs/financial obligations for IT stakeholders and Finance Ability to challenge status quo while maintaining relationships; collaboration and influencing without authority Experience with contract management systems This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The salary range for this position is $97,978.00 - $134,720.00 for full-time status. Starting pay is determined by location, experience, training and education.
