Contract Duration: 6 Months Required Skills & Experience

Ability to influence and lead teams to outcomes - great soft skills but technically minded Expert Agile Framework experience - both Scrum and Kanban Advanced Tooling Experience - Jira - JQL, Confluence Ability to read a room and act beyond theory - moves to execution Detailed requirement for Sr. SM Experience in coaching and guiding teams in Agile practices with focus on enhancing productivity, self-organization and accountability. Experience with risk management techniques. Track record in building strong relationships with stakeholders, team members and senior leadership. Tooling experience creating JQL queries and Dashboards along with confluence. Skilled in balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Understanding the data center and IT infrastructure. Ability to facilitate technical discussions with engineers and operations teams, bridging gaps between Agile processes and technical requirements. Ability to maintain team focus and morale during challenging periods Excellent written and verbal communications Desired Skills & Experience

Someone with a background in Infrastructure vs Software Development Tableau, Power BI What You Will Be Doing

Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
