Bonds Account Manager
to join our Commercial team, handling contract and commercial surety bonds while delivering top-tier service. Responsibilities
Manage assigned accounts from setup to renewals, issuance, and billing. Collaborate with brokers to market and place risks effectively. Analyze financials to secure approvals for new and renewal bonds. Serve as a technical resource and mentor for team members. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and resolve account issues promptly. Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on bonding needs. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and products. What You Bring
5+ years’ experience in commercial surety underwriting or service. Property & Casualty license; notary or ability to obtain one. Professional designation (CISR, CIC, CRM) or commitment to earn within 18 months. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AMS 360 and ImageRight a plus. Comfortable hosting virtual meetings and presentations (Teams/Zoom). Why You’ll Love It Here
