Title I Ed. Tech II
role at
MSAD #53 , located at Vickery School, grades 1-4. Candidate should be student-focused and collaborative. Title I Ed. Techs work with individual students and in small groups within the regular classroom and in pull-out settings, providing intervention in developing literacy and math skills and concepts. A team of five Title I Ed. Techs collaborates with the Title I Intervention teacher to plan and implement instruction and monitor progress. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with young children and who are organized, coachable, energetic, and reliable. Responsibilities
Provide targeted literacy and math interventions to students in the Title I program. Work with individuals and small groups within the classroom and pull-out settings. Collaborate with the Title I Intervention teacher to plan, implement instruction, and monitor progress. Contribute to a team of five Title I Ed. Techs to support program goals. Qualifications
Ed. Tech II authorization (60 college credit hours) and fingerprinting. Part-time position, 29.5 hours per week. Hourly wage determined by experience and the collective bargaining agreement. Application
