General Manager

Overview:

Lead your club with passion, energy, and excellence. The General Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and managing daily operations to uphold Workout Anytime’s high standards. Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier service

Drive membership sales and retention through coaching and performance tracking

Oversee operations, cleanliness, and club presentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Build community partnerships and represent the club at local events

Manage payroll, scheduling, and KPI reporting

Requirements:

2+ years of management experience (fitness or retail preferred)

Proven leadership and sales ability

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Passion for health and fitness

Front Desk / Receptionist

Overview:

As the first face our members see, you’ll create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, managing check-ins, and keeping our front desk running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members and guests

Give tours and explain membership options

Answer phones and assist with sales/retail purchases

Keep the front desk clean and organized

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Fitness Director

Overview:

Lead our Personal Training department and help members achieve their goals while developing and supporting a team of trainers. Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor the Personal Training staff

Develop programs and drive PT revenue

Assist with member onboarding and fitness consultations

Support club operations and special events

Requirements:

Nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)

1+ year of management experience

Outgoing personality and leadership skills

Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

Overview:

We’re seeking passionate trainers and instructors to inspire members through one-on-one sessions and/or group classes. Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and design customized programs

Lead engaging group classes (HIIT, strength, yoga, spin, etc.)

Motivate and educate members on proper exercise techniques

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

Nationally accredited certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or NCCA equivalent)

Outgoing personality and passion for fitness

Excellent communication and motivational skills

Part-Time Maintenance Manager

Overview:

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to help keep our facilities in top condition. This position will oversee general maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness standards across our North Carolina and Tennessee clubs. Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and equipment checks

Communicate and coordinate with General Managers regarding club needs

Ensure all areas meet brand standards

Schedule and track preventive maintenance and service calls

Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory levels

Address safety issues promptly

Requirements:

Prior maintenance or facility management experience preferred

Ability to perform light repairs (painting, patching, small plumbing/electrical fixes)

Reliable transportation (may travel between Weaverville, Marion, and Greeneville)

Strong communication and time management skills

Commitment to safety and cleanliness

Schedule & Compensation Part-time (10–20 hours per week)

Flexible scheduling based on club needs

Competitive hourly pay
