Overview
Seeking a Litigation Support Specialist (e-discovery) Advise litigation teams on legal automation tools, system capabilities, and best practices for case/trial preparation and presentation. Develop and manage systems for gathering, processing, reviewing, organizing, and producing case data in collaboration with attorneys, investigators, and paralegals. Recommend and utilize appropriate software for document management, eDiscovery, and trial presentation (e.g., Relativity, Eclipse, LAW Prediscovery, Nuix). Organize and manage large volumes of case information for efficient digital storage and retrieval (indexing, deduplication, OCR, etc.). Prepare trial exhibits, graphic presentations, and demonstratives. Set up, operate, and maintain litigation support and trial presentation equipment. Perform system administration tasks including software/hardware installation, quality assurance, performance optimization, and equipment inventory management. Troubleshoot system issues, customize litigation databases, and support software upgrades. Evaluate new legal tech tools and propose improvements for litigation support operations. Conduct project management activities, develop procedures, analyze system use and performance, and provide training and technical leadership.

Required Qualifications
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with federal civil and criminal law, discovery obligations, and litigation procedures. Technical Expertise: Proficient in litigation support, eDiscovery technologies, database design, system testing, and cybersecurity. Software & Tools: Skilled in Microsoft Office, litigation databases, COTS products, graphic and imaging software, and AV equipment. Project Management: Ability to lead projects, analyze workflows, manage resources, and recommend technology solutions. Communication: Strong oral and written skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Leadership: Capable of providing technical guidance, training staff, and collaborating with external agencies. Must pass a federal background check.
