We are seeking professionals interested in Network Engineering. You will provide life-cycle services to advance mission in support of Cybersecurity and SIGINT midpoint collection. You will modernize and sustain capabilities to include providing new features and enhancements to Front End Solutions systems, enabling products to work at scale with processing of target communications across multiple types of Midpoint accesses. You will propel the customer into the next phase of product suite modernization by leveraging advancements in containerization, cloud capabilities, data flows, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) capabilities.

Basic Qualifications
Current DoD Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
NE2:
A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general systems administration experience OR
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university, plus eight (8) years of relevant professional experience providing Network Engineering support and training commensurate with network engineering curriculum OR
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline plus six (6) years of relevant professional experience providing Network Engineering support.
Cisco certification is required

Capabilities:
Optimize end-to-end system performance and dataflow management.
Conduct data captures to obtain network performance information.
Minimize network latency and maximize data throughput through design analysis and network performance monitoring tools.
Design solutions, integrate, configure, deploy, test and provide ongoing maintenance for numerous types of network devices, interfaces and methodologies.
Configure and optimize the network to connect various front-end and back-end components.
Implement network solutions to support server requirements including load-balancing, VPNs, firewall contexts, Traffic Shaping, VoIP, GRE Tunneling, IPSec, IP Encryption, MoIP, and NAT where appropriate.
Configure and maintain the organization’s network diagrams and accreditations.
Develop designs of the organization’s network and mission architecture to meet new partner requirements.
Manage assigned tasks and provide guidance to junior Network Engineers.
Integrate hardware and software to satisfy ISO 9000 requirements and other DoD/IC regulations.
Knowledge or Experience in the following:
Experience or knowledge of Arista EOS (Extensible Operating System), vs Cisco IOS or NX-OS
Experience hardening network devices to meet strict security requirements and implementing secure protocols
Experience configuring and managing various L2 and L3 network services such as VPN, QoS, and network slicing and segmentation
Experience using network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Tcpdump, or NetFlow to analyze and optimize network traffic
Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. The salary information is a general guideline only and Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when offering compensation. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, Holidays.
