As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting our attorneys through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities
Organizing case files and maintaining case management systems Ordering, summarizing, and managing medical records Preparing for trial and attending proceedings Maintaining positive client relationships Coordinating with attorneys and staff on complex projects Preserving attorney-client confidentiality Conducting legal research Assisting with pleadings, exhibits, transcript summaries, discovery responses, and trial notebooks Scheduling and confirming meetings and appointments Skills & Experience We Value
A strong commitment to client service Excellent judgment and decision-making skills Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and trial software (preferred, Relativity a plus) Strong organizational, communication and writing skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Independence and initiative in daily work Minimum 3 years of litigation experience Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate What We Offer
