Role purpose You will provide technical, clinical and sales support, in collaboration with the sales team, within the region or assigned territory in support of the launch and adoption of the EP mapping and navigation system (Affera) and all products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.

Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.

Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.

Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.

Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.

Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.

Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS solutions products.

Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.

Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.

Serve as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to be proficient in mapping technology.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field by December 2025 or June 2026

Ability to work in the US without the need for current or future visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation from Cardiac Prep program such as ATI and PrepMD

Proven track record with technical training assignments

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support

Additional Job Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. Driving record will be reviewed as part of the application

Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S. locations: USD 75,000+. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, HSAs/FSAs, life insurance, disability leave, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
