This newly created role will lead the development and support of Workday integrations across a complex HR technology ecosystem. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence systems architecture, streamline processes, and enhance data connectivity across platforms.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and internal/external systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other tools
Providing production support for Workday integrations and related HR applications, resolving technical and access-related issues
Collaborating with HR, IT, and vendor teams to manage SSO configurations and support infrastructure upgrades
Documenting business requirements and partnering with stakeholders to design scalable integration solutions
Participating in testing and validation during Workday releases and infrastructure changes
Conducting code and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards
Qualifications
Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience using Workday Studio and related integration technologies
Technologist with strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, Web Services, and Java
Professional with experience in HR systems such as Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, or SAP HCM
Detail‑oriented contributor with strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities independently
Collaborator with experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Candidate comfortable navigating diverse integrations across multiple vendors and platforms
