role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency; demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers. This role leaves a lasting impression on customers through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from receipt through the point of sale is essential.

Responsibilities

Cash Wrap Greet customers with a smile and eye contact; offer your name Interact genuinely and naturally with customers Read cues and determine customers’ needs Conduct email/name capture, where permitted by law Maintain accuracy when operating POS Maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness Suggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards Maintain cash and POS media accurately and in Coach policy Create lasting impression by thanking customers and providing a reason to return Represent Coach brand appropriately

Stockroom / Warehouse Receive shipment and transfers Notify Store Management when new product arrives Scan cartons/transfers, verify store information Communicate discrepancies to Store Management Process shipment/transfers according to Coach standards and timeframes Organize and clean stock room daily; include offsite/remote warehouse as applicable Shift/organize product in stockroom; react to sell-through and make room for new product Manage stock levels/product ownership in back-of-house and sales floor Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventories Maintain Loss Prevention standards

Sales Floor Regularly analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs Replenish sales floor/assigned zone React to sell-through and execute visual merchandising needs Support sales floor activities as directed Communicate product features, price points, color and stock availability to customers Respond to customer requests confidently; partner with sales team or Store Management when needed Uphold housekeeping standards

Additional Requirements

Experience: 1-3 years in retail; preferably luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and competition Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, walkie talkie; read price/product release sheets Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; maneuver on sales floor and stock room; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments Schedule: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range

BASE PAY RANGE: $15.00 to $17.00 hourly
