Personal Banker - Highlands Location: Triadelphia, West Virginia, United States Location details: This position is 100% in office. The employee will work their scheduled work hours in a designated WesBanco location. Consideration for location will be Highlands Banking Center.

Market: Wheeling Work Hours per Week: 37.5 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time
Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions.
Execute consumer-based and business relationship building efforts of a full-service banking center.
Engage in daily sales initiatives with proactive customer interaction, including outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting new Retail customers, and cross-selling.
Assist the Banking Center Manager in targeted outside sales activities and participate in community service opportunities.
Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security measures; assist in teller tasks and support the banking center\'s sales and operational objectives.
Operate with a strong sales culture, meet or exceed defined sales goals for loans, deposits, partner referrals, and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and customers; communicate effectively to promote a team environment.
Monitor performance against banking center goals and adjust as needed; conduct outbound calling using customer lists.
Promote company products and services in the community to support growth; participate in regular sales and staff meetings.
Provide service and resolve inquiries related to banking products and services; maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
Support day-to-day operations (customer service, cash handling, vault duties, inventory, audits, compliance).
Qualifications High school diploma required.
Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
Supervisory or leadership skills desired.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook 365 and general banking software; ability to learn new systems.
Strong consumer lending skills and product knowledge for selling and cross-selling.
Ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calling and internal business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain concepts clearly; strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Must be willing to register and maintain registry with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) to comply with S.A.F.E. Act requirements.
Must be available to work all hours of operations; ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
