Our client is a global leader in blockchain innovation, driving the future of institutional-grade tokenization and financial infrastructure. With cutting-edge technology and a strong focus on enterprise adoption, the company is expanding its finance team to support rapid growth and evolving business lines across both traditional markets and decentralized networks. Responsibilities
Design, refine, and manage financial models that incorporate both traditional business drivers and blockchain-specific dynamics to guide investment and strategic decisions. Deliver recurring management reporting packages, distilling complex financial and operational data into clear insights for leadership, board members, and investors. Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate financial insights—including token economics and network metrics—into practical, strategic outcomes. Integrate data from conventional finance systems with blockchain analytics to produce accurate forecasts, variance analyses, and trend reports. Support month-end close activities and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy across fiat and digital asset accounts in collaboration with accounting teams. Strengthen processes and controls to ensure audit readiness, while also identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency. Conduct ad hoc analysis on evolving market trends, regulatory developments, decentralized governance changes, and upcoming product launches to inform strategy. Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or strategic finance; exposure to fintech, crypto, or blockchain-related roles preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with additional skills in Google Suite, PowerPoint, and visualization tools; SQL or blockchain analytics is a plus. Solid grasp of financial planning and analysis principles, with the ability to apply them creatively to emerging business models. Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders. Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals. Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with distributed teams. Equal Opportunity
