Pay Rate Minimum to Midpoint: $20.04 - $25.05 per hour
Summary Provides support to management and staff in the daily operations of inpatient and outpatient billing and collections to promote positive customer and employee relations and optimize management of accounts receivables. Extensive knowledge of billing guidelines and regulations needed to identify and resolve issues that impact timely reimbursement along with educating the staff of changes. Provides education to staff of current work flows. Provides leadership and guidance to staff in the absence of management. Resource and subject matter expert in job role for peer-to-peer support.
Educational Requirements
