Responsibilities
Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use the Customer Care Sales Model.
Continuously prospect for sales opportunities.
Collect premiums from policyholders according to a pre‑arranged schedule.
Respond promptly to policyholder service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.).
Maintain accurate records, account for collected money, and process paperwork.
Our Agents Are Expected To
Increase the agency size.
Build strong working relationships with customers.
Devote time necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Ability to visit customers and prospects door‑to‑door.
Minimum age 18 years.
Valid driver’s license with 100K/300K auto insurance coverage.
Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
Pass background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Preparation
Licensing – Assistance and guidance for licensing exams.
Basic Training – Includes self‑study, classroom time, role‑play, and extensive fieldwork.
On‑the‑job training allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning.
