Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an intermediate care setting for a 13-week assignment. Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. Document assessments and care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication with patients, families, and staff.
