Overview
Hybrid/Remote Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions) role at Comparion Insurance Agency. This hybrid position may require days in the office depending on location. You MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN to be considered. Compensation
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Through a combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first year compensation ranges from $55k - $75k. Potential for top performers to earn over $100k in their first year. This range is provided by Comparion Insurance Agency; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Responsibilities
Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community. Sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products from top national and regional carriers. Provide consultative insurance solutions to meet customers\' needs. Support leads and collaborate with teammates to close sales and earn commissions. Qualifications
Preferred Experience: Previous employment in a sales role where you have turned prospects into customers. Required Skills: Effective written and oral communication, strong persuasion and negotiation, excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organizational abilities, and the ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines. Licenses: A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty and Life (or willingness to obtain). About Us
