Responsibilities

Build and mentor a high-performing Growth sales team to lead and grow sales revenue Work closely with the sales operations team to create a metrics-driven high-velocity sales process through innovation and optimization Promote operational excellence through pipeline management, forecasting, and using data to recognize trends and improve the business Manage sales representatives through a high-velocity transactional process with focus on activities and KPIs (calls, meetings, closes, deal size) Coach and develop the team using KPI insights Provide regular data-based updates to the leadership team on quota attainment, performance, and challenges Partner with marketing to align demand generation and lead conversion Translate market and customer insights into feedback to influence product roadmap Create and execute sales pitches and messaging Foster a culture of achievement and success Qualifications

3+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record Sales manager or team lead with success leading teams selling high-velocity/low-cost solutions; SaaS experience is a plus Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a sales team Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting strategy and results to all levels Track record of exceeding team sales quota Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach and other data-driven sales tools Strong leadership and management skills including communication, transparency, collaboration and mentoring Experience executing on high-growth sales initiatives What’s in it for you?
